Sound Cedar Company can custom Stain or Paint our Cedar Lumber Products with any coating with your prior approval. Our pre-staining process is a machine coating process which first applies a curtain of stain on all four sides of the product. It then passes down the line through a series of rollers and brushes that distribute an even amount of the coating with consistency on all pieces. The coated product is then placed by hand on racks and rolled into the drying room for over night drying to ensure a properly cured coating. The product is then taken off the drying racks by hand, and packaged to protect the face that will be exposed.
